About Us
After a very rewarding professional career as an industrial engineer in aerospace, a management consultant in electronics industry, and the director of quality and performance at what was then the largest credit card bank in the world; I saw too many cases of single parents or dual income families with little time for their children. I wanted to do something that could help them. But what?
I did a good bit of research and found a study done by the Whirlpool Foundation in the late 1990's that suggested after work, people spend most of their time cleaning house. Eureka! May 2004, I retired from life in the corporate world and moved back to be closer to family and started our little cleaning business to help families in our community. In forming this business, we decided on the following mission, vision and values.
Mission
Towers Elite Service will profitably provide Customers with a suite of affordable and high-quality commercial and residential time saving and cleaning services. Our success will allow us to provide our services to those less fortunate at significantly reduced costs.
Vision
Towers Elite Service will be known as an enabler for building stronger families by providing services that reduce time Customers spend on household management activities. We will be profitable enough to expand our services to those individuals throughout the community that need our service at a price they can afford. We will create a workplace where employees take pride and ownership in their contributions and have fun providing service to our Customers in a high-performance team-based approach.
Values
Customer Driven Excellence - We exist to attract, build a relationship based on trust and value, and maintain Customers. When we adhere to this maxim, everything else will fall into place. Our quality, performance, and value are all judged by the Customer. We believe that excellent Customer Service focuses on meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of Customers every single day. We also believe we must understand and deliver on those aspects of our service that differentiate us from our competition.
Family - The family is the fundamental unit in our country. We respect the family unit and ensure we do what can be done to maximize the time spent with our own families and enabling Customers to do the same.
